Biography:
Kelli Harris, ACS, is a seasoned mental health professional with more than three decades of experience in behavioral health and social services, with particular expertise in grief, trauma, and child and adolescent mental health. She previously served as Director of Grief and Trauma at one of West Tennessees largest behavioral health hospitals.Kelli is a published author and the creator of The BlackWell Theory, a trauma-informed framework focused on healing, emotional wellness, and moving from survival toward wholeness. She currently serves as a Recreational Therapist at Ripley Behavioral Health, where she brings creativity, experiential learning, and trauma-informed principles into therapeutic programming.
