Our Services

RBH provides or arranges the following services as appropriate to each patient's assessed needs and individualized treatment plan:

Psychiatric and Medical Services: Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, medical assessment, provider coverage, and consultation.

Nursing Services: Twenty-four-hour nursing services, nursing assessment and care planning, medication administration, patient monitoring, safety observation, health education, and response to changes in condition.

Social Services and Case Management: Psychosocial assessment, treatment-plan participation, family/support involvement as appropriate, discharge planning, community-resource coordination, utilization review, and transition-of-care activities.

Therapeutic Services: Structured group and individual therapeutic activities and other active-treatment services consistent with the patient's treatment plan.

Pharmacy Services: Pharmacist oversight, medication review, secure medication storage and distribution, medication administration support, controlled-substance accountability, and medication-safety monitoring.

Laboratory and Point-of-Care Services: Bedside blood glucose testing and specimen collection/referral laboratory services as clinically indicated. Diagnostic services not available on-site are obtained through referral or transfer.

Food and Nutrition Services: Meals, nutrition screening/assessment, and therapeutic diets as ordered, provided directly or through approved contracted services.

Telehealth Services: Telehealth may be used for psychiatric evaluation, consultation, medication management, treatment planning, or other clinically appropriate services. Telehealth practitioners must be appropriately credentialed and privileged.

Emergency Response: RBH provides initial response to medical and psychiatric emergencies within staff training and Hospital capability, including first aid, BLS/CPR, AED use, activation of 911/EMS, and transfer when indicated.
